Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of creditors of the above company will be held within the offices of Tough Debt Solutions Ltd, Caledonia House, 89 Seaward Street, Glasgow G41 1HJ on 23 December 2008 at 10.00 am for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the conduct of the winding up, to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company should be disposed, and determining if the Liquidator should be released in terms of Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
