Transfer of interest in

LXB3 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 7 October 2008, Bluetouch Investments (Luxembourg) Number 3 SARL withdrew as limited partner in LXB3 Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006372, and transferred its entire registered interest in the Partnership to Bluetouch Investments (Malta) Limited, a company incorporated in Cyprus whose registered office is at Temistokl, Devri, 3 Julia House, P.C. 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus.
