Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 21 October 2008, EQT Funds Management Limited transferred to EQT Infrastructure (General Partner) LP (acting through its general partner EQT Infrastructure Limited) all of the interest held by it in EQT Infrastructure (No.4) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6787 and EQT Funds Management Limited ceased to be a limited partner in EQT Infrastructure (No.4) Limited Partnership.
