NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

PROPOSED TROUT FISHERY AT GRASSYARDS, A719, WATERSIDE, NEAR KILMARNOCK

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been Submitted to East Ayrshire Council by Mrs A Steven relating to the Planning Application in respect of a proposed trout fishery, including access, parking, timber pavilion and toilet facilities (Planning Reference 08/0734/FL).

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated Planning Application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the Register of Planning Applications kept by the Planning Authority for the area at the Planning and Economic Development Division, Department of Corporate Support, 6 Croft Street, Kilmarnock or by prior arrangement at one of the local offices throughout East Ayrshire, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Mrs A Steven per Bryce Associates, 6 Newton Place, Glasgow G3 7PR at a cost of £25.00 (paper copy). An electronic version may be obtained free of charge.

Any person who wishes to make representations to East Ayrshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within that period to the Head of Planning and Economic Development at the address below.

In determining the application, East Ayrshire Council may choose to grant planning permission with or without conditions or refuse planning permission.
