NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

08/00358/FUL– Extension to sand and gravel quarry with extraction and processing of sand and gravel with restoration of site to agricultural use and associated works at Skateraw Farm, Dunbar, East Lothian

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to East Lothian Council by Collier Quarrying And Recycling Ltd. This relates to planning application 08/00358/FUL, seeking planning permission for the proposed works detailed above.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected in the Environment Reception, John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington, during office hours or online at www.eastlothian.gov.uk

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from AMS Associates, Per Alistair M Smith, 36 Whytbank Row, Clovenfords, TD1 3NE at a cost of £80. Alternatively a CD copy is available for £8.

Any person who wishes to make representations to East Lothian Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing to the undersigned within 28 days from the date of this notice.
