Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 3 June 2008, Maïré Deslandes and Nicolas Delcourt have transferred to Silverfleet Capital (Guernsey) Limited all of the interest held by them in Silverfleet Capital FP 2005 LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005407 and that with effect from 3 June 2008 Maïré Deslandes and Nicolas Delcourt have ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership and Silverfleet Capital (Guernsey) Limited have become a limited partner in the Partnership.
