PARTNERS GROUP EUROPEAN GROWTH 2008, L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Private Equity Performance Holding Limited transferred its entire interest in Partners Group European Growth 2008, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6192 (the “Partnership”) to P3 Subholding, L.P. Inc. and Partners Group Private Equity Performance Holding Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. P3 Subholding, L.P. Inc. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
