Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Rule 4.19(4) of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, I, John Gerard Montague of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 1-4 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 8LQ give notice that, on 28 January 2008, I was appointed as liquidator of the above company by a resolution of a meeting of the creditors.

A liquidation committee was not established. It is not my intention to summon a further meeting of creditors to establish a liquidation committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
