That it is desired to reconstruct the Company and for that purpose that the Company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Colin Scott, Chartered Accountant of Geoghegan & Co, Chartered Accountants, 6 St Colme Street, Edinburgh, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
