NOTICE is hereby given that a certified copy of an order (the “Order”) pronounced by the Court of Session on 20 December 2007, confirming a reduction (the “Reduction”) of the share capital of The Mercantile & General Reinsurance Company Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC006637 and with its registered office at Level 2, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2ET (the “Company”) (which Reduction was resolved upon by written resolution of the Company dated 14 November 2007) was, together with a certified copy of the minute for the Reduction and a certified copy of the undertaking referred to in the Order, delivered to the Registrar of Companies in Scotland on 24 December 2007 and registered by him.
