CCP VIII CARRIED INTEREST LP

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Geoffrey J Arbuthnott and Elsa Arbuthnott as trustees of the GJA Accumulation and Maintenance Settlement of Lamer Hill transferred part of their interest in CCP VIII Carried Interest LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL 5603, to Caitlin Sarah Elizabeth Arbuthnott and on that date Caitlin Sarah Elizabeth Arbuthnott became a limited partner in the Partnership.
