NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition was presented on 18 October 2007 to the Court of Session, at the instance of RLL Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and with its registered office at 301 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5HN ("the Company”), seeking inter alia an order confirming the reduction of its share capital and the cancellation of its share premium account which were resolved upon by written resolution of the Company dated 17 October 2007. In that petition the Court made an order dated 22 October 2007 that the petition be advertised once in each of The Edinburgh Gazette and The Financial Times newspaper and that any person claiming an interest in the petition lodge answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within 21 days of the last of those advertisements.
