SG CAPITAL EUROPE FUND III CARRIED INTEREST LP

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, the Lily Trust transferred its entire interest in SG Capital Europe Fund III New Carried Interest LP (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5278, to SG Trust (Asia) Ltd., as trustee of the Scallop Trust and on that date SG Trust (Asia) Limited, as trustee of the Scallop Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership and SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited, Guernsey Branch, as trustee of the Renato Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
