APAX EUROPE VII CO-INVESTMENT L.P.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Cristina Hall transferred her interest in Apax Europe VII Co-Investment L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5980, to Queengate Limited and on the same date Queengate Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership and Cristina Hall ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
