NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on 5 June 2007 for confirmation of the reduction of capital of the above named Company from £48,600,000 divided into 48,600,000 ordinary shares of £1 each to £23,600,000 divided into 23,600,000 ordinary shares of £1 each.

AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Petition is directed to be heard before the Registrar of the Companies Court at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday 4 July 2007.

ANY creditor of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the confirmation of the reduction of capital should appear at the time of hearing in person or by Counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the said Petition and the evidence filed in support will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the undermentioned Solicitors on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
