Notice is hereby given that an application was presented on 6 June 2007 to the Court of Session by David John Crawshaw, having a place of business at Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, Berkshire and Myles Antony Halley, having a place of business at 8 Salisbury Square, London, the Joint Administrators of Sharpe’s Holdings Limited (in administration), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with Registered Number SC226052) and having its registered office at 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen (“the Company”), seeking inter alia that the Court grant an order to extend the period of administration of the Company to 12 July 2008. The Court made an order dated 12 June 2007 that the application be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette and that any party claiming an interest in the application lodge Answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of The Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 21 days of that advertisement.
