TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
THE GILLIES KNOWE, DALMELLINGTON, TREE PRESERVATION ORDER 2007
East Ayrshire Council, acting under the powers conferred on them by Sections 160 and 161 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and subject to the Forestry Act 1967 on 1 June 2007, confirmed The Gillies Knowe, Dalmellington, Tree Preservation Order 2007 in respect of trees at Gillies Knowe, Dalmellington, the Order having been made because these mature trees are an important landscape feature enhancing the amenity of the residential properties at The Glebe, Gillies Knowe and Armour Wynd, Dalmellington.
A Certified copy of the said Tree Preservation Order and relative map may be inspected at the Planning and Building Control Division, Croft Street, Kilmarnock between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays.
