NOTICE THAT THE DRAFT SOUTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT ARE BEING PRESENTED FOR CONSULTATION

As required under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, South Lanarkshire Council has reviewed the likely significant environmental effects of the proposed South Lanarkshire Council Sustainable Development Strategy.

A copy of these documents will be made available for inspection during normal office hours at Council Offices, Almada Street, Hamilton ML3 0AA and on the Council website at www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk.

Opinions on the above mentioned documents are invited between 25 May 2007 and 9 July 2007. Opinions should be sent to the Sustainable Development Officer at the above address.
