Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that John Loveless transferred to JCL Holdings Limited all of the interest held by him in Duke Street Capital Structured Solutions (Scotland) LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5615 and John Loveless ceased to be a limited partner and JCL Holdings Limited became a limited partner in Duke Street Capital Structured Solutions (Scotland) LP.
