POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations, Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by Mitchell Thomson Ltd in respect of activities being carried out namely Waste Treatment Operations in an installation at Robslee Drive, Giffnock, Glasgow G46 7TY.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

The application may be inspected, free of charge, at Sepa, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm on working days. Please quote Reference No. PPC/A/1016725.

Written representation concerning this application may be made to Sepa at the above, or sent to e-mail address RegistryEastKilbride@sepa.org.uk and if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which has been the subject of such a request.
