Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that:-

Pursuant to an assignation of 12 December 2006 Michael Low transferred to Stephen Burton part of the interest held by him in Shackleton Secondaries LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5815 and Stephen Burton accordingly increased his interest by £0.1771; and

Pursuant to an assignation of 12 December 2006 Michael Low transferred to David Hudson part of the interest held by him in Shackleton Secondaries LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5815 and David Hudson accordingly increased his interest by 0.6731.”
