The estate of John Hughes, 21 Bank Street, Grangemouth FK3 8EY, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Falkirk on Friday 19 January 2007, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Operations Branch, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA.
