NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

Planning Application Reference Number: 07/00089/DET.

Proposed development at Berth 9 SSN Berthing Project, H M Naval Base Clyde, Faslane, Argyll And Bute.

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council by Lt Cdr Richard Burdett relating to the planning application in respect of Erection of replacement radioactive processing facility notified to Argyll and Bute Council.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning applications may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the Planning Authority for the area at Blairvadach, Shandon, By Helensburgh and also at Sub Post Office Garelochhead during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.
