Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to South Lanarkshire Council by Nutberry Wind Energy Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of the Erection and operation of windfarm (6 turbines) and associated infrastructure, including access tracks, control building and monitoring mast at land east of Nutberry Hill, Cumberhead Forrest Complex, approximately 7km south of Lesmahagow (known as Nutberry Windfarm), South Lanarkshire notified to you under Article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on 27 September 2006.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Council Offices, South Vennel, Lanark ML11 7JT, between the hours of 08.45 to 16.45 (Monday-Thursday) and 08.45 to 16.15 (Friday) during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from West Coast Energy Ltd, Tower Mains Studios, 18G Liberton Brae, Edinburgh EH16 6AE at a cost of £150.00 in hard copy, £20.00 on CD-ROM (read only) or you may obtain a Non-Technical Summary free of charge.

Any person who wishes to make representations to South Lanarkshire Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to the Council at Planning & Building Control Services, Council Offices, South Vennel, Lanark ML11 7JT.
