Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 26 June 2006 The Second Alliance Trust PLC, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1880 with registered number SC001284 and having its registered office at Meadow House, 64 Reform Street, Dundee DD1 1TJ (“2AT”), transferred its entire interest, together with all of its associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom, in Alliance Trust Real Estate Partners (the “Partnership”) to Alliance Trust PLC, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1886 with registered number SC001731 and having its registered office at Meadow House, 64 Reform Street, Dundee DD1 1TJ.
