The estate of Martin Freed, Flat 2/1, 145 Northinch Street, Whiteinch, Glasgow G14 0TU, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 8 June 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Sharkey CA FIPA, French Duncan, 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
