The estate of Victoria Swallow (nee Nelson), Riggfoot Cottage, Anan DG12 5RG, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumfries on Friday 12 May 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William White Esq CA, Messrs W White & Co, 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ER, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
