The estate of Alan Jackson, Pool Farmhouse, Grimness, South Ronaldsay, Orkney KW17 2TH, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkwall on Wednesday 3 May 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graeme C Smith, Henderson Loggie, 48 Queens Road, Aberdeen AB15 4YE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
