The estate of Mary Buchan, 33 Matheson Place, Portree, Isle of Skye IV51 9JA, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Portree on Friday 28 April 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William L Young Esq CA, Ritsons, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
