Notice of Final Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held within the offices of Doughty & Co, 3 St Margaret’s Road, Edinburgh EH9 1AZ, on 24 May 2006, at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that might be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
