Notice is hereby given that on 6 April 2006 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Venture Investment Placement Limited having its registered office at Meridan Hall, Main Road, Meridan, Coventry, West Midlands CV7 7PT, craving the Court, inter alia, to make an order restoring the name of the Callpoint Partnership Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Registered Number SC252831) and having its registered office at The Venlaw Building, 349 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4AA, to the Register of Companies in Scotland in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985; in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 6 April 2006, the Sheriff of Glasgow appointed all parties with an interest to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 21 days of intimation, advertisement and service under certification. All of which notice is hereby given.
