The estate of David Hoggan, resides at 14 Kinninmonth Street, Kirkcaldy, Fife, and formerly resided at 100 Moncur Street, Townhill, Dunfermline KY12 0HJ, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 23 March 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eileen Blackburn CA, French Duncan, 39 Vicar Street, Falkirk FK1 1LL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
