The estate of Paul J Jardine, 3 Dinmont Avenue, Lochside, Dumfries DG2 0EE, formerly 7 Carlyle Avenue, Lockerbie, Dumfries DG11 2PF and Drumbeg Cottage, Collin, Dumfries DG1 4JN, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 16 March 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert L Forbes Esq CA, Carson & Trotter, (Inc. D.M. Campbell & Co), 123 Irish Street, Dumfries DG1 2PE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
