An Initial Writ was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Elgin, on 12 January 2006, by Harry Wallace (Buckie) Limited having its registered office at 65 Moss Street, Keith, Banffshire AB55 5HE, craving the court to grant an order in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985, that its name be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Initial Writ the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 20 February 2006, appointed any interested parties to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court, Elgin, if so advised, within 21 days after intimation, service and advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
