Sequestration of the estate of

SUZANNE ELIZABETH HOGG

The estate of Suzanne Elizabeth Hogg, 15 St Kilda Crescent, Kirkcaldy, Fife KY2 6DW, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Wednesday 8 February 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Operations Branch, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 8 February 2006.
