Notice is hereby given that I, Michael James Meston Reid CA, Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR was appointed Administrator of Tartan Tanks Limited on 6 January 2006.

Pursuant to Rule 2.27 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2003, a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday 28 February 2006 at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1UR, for the purposes of considering my proposals and establishing a creditors’ committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting, each creditor must have lodged a claim with me either before or at the Meeting. Voting may be either in person by the creditor or by form of proxy, which must be lodged with me before or at the Meeting.
