NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry hereby gives notice that he has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Marathon Petroleum Company (Norway) whose address is Bjergstedveien 1, N-4007 Stavanger, Norway, for the construction of a pipeline system between Alvheim FPSO (NCS) and SAGE tie-in structure (UKCS).

Except with the consent of the Secretary of State, the 349.8 mm, Gas Export pipeline shall be used and to convey export gas. The pipelines may be used by the holder and with the holder’s agreement, and with the consent of the Secretary of State, by other persons.

Marathon Petroleum Company (Norway) have been appointed operators of the pipelines.
