Sequestration of the estate of

LYNNE SANDRA SAEZ OR MILLER

The estate of Lynne Sandra Saez or Miller, 1 Brechin Drive, Polmont, Falkirk FK2 0TH, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Falkirk on Wednesday 21 December 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John H Ferris Esq CA, Ferris Associates, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes KY6 5QR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 22 November 2005.
