Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been lodged with the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Peterhead on behalf of A M Campbell Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland and having its registered office at 23 Morven Crescent, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire AB42 1LP, for the restoration of the said company to the Register of Companies in terms of the Companies Act 1985, Section 653. By virtue of an interlocutor dated 21 December 2005, any person intending to show cause why the Petition should not be granted should lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, Queen Street, Peterhead within 8 days of the date of this notice.
