Sequestration of the estate of

GRAEME SMITH

The estate of Graeme Smith, 16 1/R Cheviot Crescent, Dundee DD4 9QH, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dundee on Thursday 5 January 2006, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Operations Branch, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 5 January 2006.
