NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTARY ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION AND REVISION TO SITE LAYOUT

WIND FARM AT CLASHINDARROCH FOREST, HUNTLY, ABERDEENSHIRE

Notice is hereby given that Amec Project Investments Limited has made available further information to supplement the Environmental Statement which has already been produced in relation to its application to the Scottish Executive under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for consent to construct and operate a wind farm at Clashindarroch Forest, Huntly, Aberdeenshire. This Supplementary Environmental Information also includes information relating to a revision to the proposal. The revision primarily includes deletion of seven of the originally proposed turbines, a new rotor diameter of 80 metres (giving a height to blade tip of 107 metres) and refinements to the site layout (including access tracks). The revision is fully set out and considered in the Supplementary Environmental Information.

The application will be considered at a public inquiry which will commence on 13 March 2006.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and Supplementary Environmental Information relating to the application are available for inspection during normal working hours at the following premises from 21 December 2005.
