Statement by General Partner

JOHNSTONE’S JUST DESSERTS

The partners of the firm of Johnstone’s Just Desserts, (Mr Lewis Alexander Johnstone and Mrs Jacqueline Johnstone both residing at 19 Kingsmuir Drive, Smithston, Cumbernauld G69 9FB and Paul Johnstone residing at 37 Gullion Park, Fountain Gait, East Kilbride G74 4FD) hereby intimate that the Firm was dissolved on 4 November 2005.

It is further intimated that Mr Lewis Alexander Johnstone and Mrs Jacqueline Johnstone acquired the business and assets of the Firm on and with effect from 21 December 2005 and will henceforth conduct business under the name “Johnstone’s Just Desserts”. Mr Paul Johnstone has no involvement in or connection with the reconstituted firm.
