Sequestration of the estate of

NORMAN DUFF

The estate of Norman Duff, 100 Longate, Peterhead, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Peterhead, on Thursday 15 December 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan W Adie, Adie Financial Solutions, Bon Accord House, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen AB11 7SL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 4 November 2005.
