Sequestration of the estate of

JOHN RAGAN

The estate of John Ragan, formerly residing at 225 Balunie Avenue, Dundee, and now care of 83 Fintry Drive, Dundee, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Dundee on Tuesday 13 December 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian R Johnston Esq FCCA, Henderson Loggie, Royal Exchange, Panmure Street, Dundee DD1 1DZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 21 November 2005.
