Sequestration of the estate of

PAUL FARRELL

The estate of Paul Farrell, 33 Leven Street, Motherwell ML1 2SY, was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Hamilton on Monday 5 December 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Operations Branch, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 5 December 2005.
