Sequestration of the estate of

ROSS DOUGLAS MURDOCH

The estate of Ross Douglas Murdoch, Flat 3F1, 14 Comely Bank Street, Edinburgh EH4 1BD, was sequestrated by the Court of Session on Thursday 8 December 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, PO Box 8313, Irvine KA12 2AA, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 25 October 2005.
