ARTEMIS AIM VCT 2 PLC

A Petition having been presented to the Court of Session on 21 November 2005 at the instance of Artemis AiM VCT 2 plc (the “Company”), a public company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC270952 and having its registered office at 42 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7HA, for confirmation of cancellation of the share premium account of the Company, the Court pronounced the undernoted interlocutor on 23 November 2005.

The Lord Ordinary, having considered the Petition, no caveat having been lodged, Appoints the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in each of The Edinburgh Gazette and Scotsman newspapers; Allows any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within twenty one days after such intimation and advertisement.”
