Notice is hereby given that on 15 September 2005 a Note was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee by Caledonian Developments (Letham) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 42 Dudhope Crescent Road, Dundee DD1 5RR craving the court, inter alia, to withdraw the appointment of John Michael Hall, Chartered Accountant of Haines Watts, Business Recovery and Insolvency, Level 5, City House, Overgate Centre, Dundee DD1 1UQ as Provisional Liquidator of Caledonian Developments (Letham) Limited and to dismiss the Petition at the instance of North Latch Developments Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts formerly having its registered office at 41 North Lindsay Street, Dundee DD1 1PW and now at 9 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 7AL; in which Note the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 31 October 2005 allowed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Note should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement and appoints parties to be heard on Tuesday 6 December 2005 at 10.00 am within the Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee (Civil Annexe).
