Notice is hereby given that following upon the pronouncing of an Interlocutor of the Court of Session dated 31 October 2005 in a Petition presented to the Court of Session at the instance of Buck Chemicals (UK) Limited (company number SC176845), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 106 Hanover Street, Edinburgh EH2 1DR, confirming the Cancellation of Share Premium Account resolved on by the Company by special resolution passed on 23 December 2004, there was registered with the Registrar of Companies a copy of said Interlocutor of the Court dated 31 October 2005, notice of all of which is hereby given.
