TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997

NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL (FOOTPATH BETWEEN CALEDONIA DRIVE AND ROBERT BURNS AVENUE, NEWARTHILL) STOPPING UP ORDER 2005

North Lanarkshire Council hereby give notice that the above Order made under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the stopping up of the footpath shown hatched in black on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the said Order has now been confirmed as an unopposed Order.

The said footpath will be stopped up and closed to all traffic (including pedestrian traffic) to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the said Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.

A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and relevant plan may be inspected at the offices of the Divisional Manager (Southern Division), Department of Planning and Environment, North Lanarkshire Council, 303 Brandon Street, Motherwell and North Lanarkshire Council, Head of Legal Services, Civic Centre, Motherwell by any person free of charge during normal office hours.
